I could go on and on, but nothing will be done. I will not be renewing when my lease comes up. The Bryant has been home and it feels like home. The staff is amazing and the property is always taken care of. I appreciate all of them and the community.
That resident would be responsible for paying for treatment. We utilize a third party screening service to screen all applicants of legal age. To selectively screen applicants would be a violation of Fair Housing.

I was given wrong info by Buffy, Lisa and Colby on separate occasions. Buffy and Colby assured me that a unit coming available would be ready for me on August 6, 2022 and knew that I would be paying my deposit on July 15. I've called the leasing office no less than times in 3 weeks. Actually spoke to them less than a handful of times.

The miles and minutes will be for the farthest away property. Top Pet Friendly apartments have specified that they accept pets and feature a number pet friendly amenities for renters with furry friends. Unfortunately, there are rats everywhere inside your laundry room and in the attics.
The management is doing a very poor job in the upkeep of the grounds, specially in the back buildings, the security here is not existing as there have been several thefts and vandalism. I like the nature and how secluded you are from the freeway but still close access to the roads. Beautiful views and neighbors are great! All in efforts to get correct information so I could complete my application and get my deposit made. I actually called the management company CMS in Ft. Smith, AR for help and spoke to Matt, who promised to look into it and call me back. Finally, yesterday I get an email telling me they've decided to lease the promised unit out to another applicant. Due to their own inadequacies, they rented that out from under me because they simply didn't know wtf they were doing to start with and didn't know how to fix the mess they created with me.
The apartment features a living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bath and a separate office/computer room. The rent includes all utilities except electric and WIFI. The management team experience with Alexis was absolutely awesome. I appreciated the customer service and knowledge.
